There are still some safety professionals and managers who say having a goal of ZERO injuries is not creditable or realistic. While other safety professionals and managers say that it is the only direction to go. It has been my opinion for a long time that you have to lead people (change their behavior) to believe that a ZERO injury culture is possible, if you have a good management system in place.
