C.A.V.E. People and Loyal Oppositionists
I get emails from the HR Daily Advisor” daily concerning Safety and HR issues. Sometimes there are some good articles that provide you with some “food for thought.” When I read the article it reminded me of building a successful safety culture, in particular, how we treat our employees. Read the article and provide feedback. My question to all readers, is this the correct way that you want to establish a safety culture.

The article reads as follows: Bob Brady’s recent column on whether to have a “No jerks!” rule for hiring brought intriguing responses. One reader expects “a little jerkiness” in everyone, and another invokes the “C.A.V.E.” rule.
