Safety Culture Plus

I am not typically a political person, but I wanted to share something I just got from a friend of mine on the  Potential Future Health Plan.  I challenge you to use this flow chart in your training session to train someone.

This is a quote from my friend, “Even though I like maps, charts and graphs when I saw this I was not exactly thrilled.    See if you can follow it and make the model work- after all it’s your Trillion dollars+ Congress wants to spend.  If this is even remotely correct, it should become a classic example and definition of government bureaucracy.   If Congress designs and passes this sort of thing, aren’t they a little, well suspect?

I really hope Congress starts reading their legislation at some point….. As an aside, I heard Congress will not be in the program they design for us.”
